Who I am

Fairhost is run by me, Michelle Norton.

You can reach me at michelle@fairhost.co.uk.

I get your name, email, message, and your phone number if you ask for a call.

I use them only to reply to you.

They stay in my email.

Stripe takes your payment.

I never see your card details.

I see your name, email and what you bought.

The details you type into the booking documents stay in your own browser.

They are not sent to me.

To run your link, I keep your property name, your name and the email the forms go to.

Your guests' details go straight to your email.

I do not keep a copy.

You decide how long to keep them.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask to see the details I hold about you, or ask me to delete them.

Email michelle@fairhost.co.uk and I'll do it within a month.
