Stay legally compliant with every guest.

The law says you must keep a record of every guest.

Many hosts find it hard to get before arrival.

My guests fill it in every time, because they get the access information only after they've sent it.

The law: Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972. Guests aged 16 or over give their full name and nationality, and guests from outside the UK also give their passport number, where it was issued and their next destination, if known.

You keep the record for at least 12 months.

  1. Send your registration link to each guest

Paste it into your booking confirmation or welcome message.

    I give you the wording.

  2. Guests fill in the form

Names and nationality of everyone staying, passport details for guests from outside the UK, arrival time, and the lead guest's email address and phone number.

  3. You have your record. Your guests get the access details.

The details go straight to your inbox.

    I don't keep a copy.

You choose what they get, such as access, WiFi and parking.

I email your link and guest messages within 2 days of payment.
